Role Description
The Associate Performance Marketer — Google Ads (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves assisting in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, brand awareness, and online sales for Ariro Toys. The associate will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest optimizations for keywords, ad copy, and targeting. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams, preparing performance reports,



managing budgets within assigned limits, and staying updated on Google Ads best practices and policies. The role also includes basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Solid analytical and Excel skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and draw actionable insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document campaign learnings.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads are an advantage.
