Role Description
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, responsible for leading all marketing and brand initiatives for Hacktura Group and Hacktura Hackers Academy. The CMO will define and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, go-to-market plans for courses and programs, and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, planning integrated marketing campaigns,



managing public relations activities, and coordinating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role involves building and mentoring a marketing team, setting performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent messaging that strengthens the academy’s presence in the cybersecurity education market. The CMO will collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives that drive enrollment and brand awareness.
