Inventory Management
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations for robotics components and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software or inventory management systems.
- Track incoming, outgoing, returned, damaged, and obsolete materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels.

Robotics Component Handling
- Manage stock of electronic components such as sensors, motors, controllers, PCBs, batteries, cables, connectors, and other parts.
- Ensure sensitive components are stored appropriately and protected from damage, moisture, dust, or electrostatic discharge where applicable.
- Maintain proper identification and labeling of components and part numbers.

Stores & Warehouse Operations
- Organize the warehouse/store for easy identification and retrieval of materials.
- Ensure proper binning, labeling, and location management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling practices in the store.




- Coordinate material issue and return processes for engineering, production, R&D;, and service teams.

Procurement Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and identify upcoming shortages.
- Prepare material requirement information for the purchase/procurement team.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding deliveries and shortages.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, quantity, and specifications.
- Escalate damaged, incorrect, or excess deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, return, and inventory adjustment records.
- Prepare regular inventory reports.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Provide inventory data to management whenever required.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Procurement, Finance teams to ensure materials are available when required.
