Role Description
The Senior Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Venjaramood, Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across clinical and administrative departments. This role includes monitoring workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.



The individual will collaborate with medical, administrative, and support staff to improve efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include tracking operational performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership, implementing process improvements, and supporting patient service and academic operations. The Senior Operations Executive will also assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating interdepartmental activities to maintain smooth hospital and college operations.

Qualifications
- Oversee and support the smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments, including outpatient services, inpatient units, emergency, and support services.
