Job Summary

Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Trainer to deliver language training programs to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have solid Japanese language proficiency and the ability to deliver engaging, practical sessions focused on communication, JLPT preparation, and career readiness.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have hands-on knowledge in the following areas:

Japanese Language
- Japanese Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking
- Hiragana & Katakana
- Kanji
- Japanese Grammar
- Vocabulary & Sentence Formation
- Pronunciation & Conversational Japanese

- Basic Business Japanese

JLPT Preparation
- JLPT N5
- JLPT N4
- JLPT Exam Pattern & Preparation Strategies

- Daily Japanese Conversation

- Role Plays & Real-Life Conversation Practice

Our Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in Japanese language training, teaching, translation, interpretation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Ability to teach Japanese from beginner to intermediate level.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Ability to prepare students for JLPT N5, N4, and N3 examinations.
- Ability to conduct engaging online and offline training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous Japanese training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led online and offline Japanese language training sessions.
- Teach Japanese reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Prepare students for JLPT N5, N4, and N3 examinations.
- Conduct practical conversation sessions, role pla
