The Dispatch In-Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the dispatch of finished sheet metal products. The role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, proper packing, and coordination with production, stores, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities based on production output and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production and stores to ensure material readiness for dispatch
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and handling of sheet metal components
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, Packing List)
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery
- Monitor dispatch schedules and update customers/internal teams on shipment status
- Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during loading and unloading




- Handle customer dispatch queries and resolve issues promptly
- Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations in manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with sheet metal products and handling methods
- Knowledge of documentation (Invoice, E-way Bill, DC, LR copy)
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches under pressure

Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing or sheet metal company

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
