Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including QC Engineers and Inspectors.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, ongoing construction activities, and completed works.
- Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.




- Monitor laboratory testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, soil, and other building materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality records, inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective/preventive actions.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor workmanship standards and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
- Support project teams during client inspections, audits, and handover processes.
- Conduct quality awareness programs and training sessions for project personnel.
- Prepare periodic quality reports and present quality performance to management.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of civil construction quality standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, ASTM, BS, and other relevant construction standards.
- Sound understanding of concrete technology, structural works, Granite & Marble activities, finishing works, and
