About the Role

We are looking for Recruiters / Recruitment Executives who are passionate about hiring and can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, good communication abilities, and the drive to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers/business teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets, TAT, and quality-of-hire expectations.
- Handle multiple positions simultaneously across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and other functions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, or volume hiring will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
