This role requires deep expertise in sourcing top tech talent and includes oversight of junior HR team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles like Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and more.
- Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Mentor and oversee junior HR/recruiters, ensuring smooth hiring operations.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in IT/technical recruitment.
- Robust understanding of tech stacks, tools, and modern IT roles.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
