Role Description
The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves visiting local institutions, training centers,



and community hubs to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals and support staff. The Field Recruiter will conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. They will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening candidates, facilitating documentation, and supporting onboarding processes. The role also includes maintaining recruitment reports, building robust relationships with local talent sources, and representing Care24’s values and brand in the field.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, field outreach, and relationship-building with training institutes, colleges, and local networks.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment drives, career fairs, and walk-in interviews, including logistics and candidate follow-up.
