Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
We are looking for a motivated, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our manpower supply company.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, approaching companies, arranging meetings, understanding manpower requirements and successfully bringing recent manpower supply projects to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies and organizations requiring manpower services.
- Generate new business leads through calls, client visits, networking, social media and other sources.
- Approach HR Managers, Admin Managers, Plant Managers and other decision-makers.
- Arrange meetings and understand clients' manpower requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals.
- Negotiate with clients in coordination with the management.
- Convert potential leads into successful manpower supply projects.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful manpower deployment.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives based on successful business generation and project profitability.
- Additional incentives will be provided for successfully bringing new manpower supply projects to the company.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong networking and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, HR or Manpower Supply will be an advantage.
- Candidates with existing corporate contacts and a strong business network are preferred.
