Role Description
The Senior Estimator is a full-time remote role responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and building projects across different stages of design and construction. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents; performing quantity take-offs; analyzing labor,



material, and subcontractor costs; and developing comprehensive bid proposals. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, quantity surveyors, and commercial teams to support cost planning, value engineering, and risk assessment. The role also involves updating and maintaining cost databases, benchmarking project costs, supporting contract negotiations with accurate commercial data, and providing transparent estimation reports and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
