About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, documentation, and post-sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate CRM operations and documentation, along with solid communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer records, databases, and CRM systems accurately.
- Handle customer documentation, including booking forms, agreements, KYC documents, payment records, and other relevant paperwork.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents and required formalities.
- Maintain and update customer files and ensure proper documentation at every stage.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, legal, and management teams for smooth customer processing.
- Track bookings, payments, documentation status, and other customer-related activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates regarding documentation, payments, possession, and other processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and ensure all customer information is updated regularly.




- Prepare customer-related reports and MIS as required.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, documents, and formalities.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence, agreements, receipts, and other documents.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation procedures.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding customer status and pending activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- BBA / Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in real estate documentation is mandatory/preferred.
- Good understanding of booking and post-sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
