Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for endpoint management\\r\\n• Lead or support Modern Desktop migrations (SCCM to Intune / co-management / cloud-native)\\r\\n• Deploy and manage Autopilot provisioning (user-driven, pre-provisioning, self-deploying)\\r\\n• Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines\\r\\n• Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies including rings, feature updates, and driver updates\\r\\nApplication Management\\r\\n• Package and deploy applications using: \\r\\no Win32 apps (IntuneWin format)\\r\\no Microsoft Store apps (new and legacy)\\r\\no Line-of-business (LOB) apps\\r\\n• Create detection rules, requirements, and remediation scripts\\r\\n• Implement application lifecycle management (updates, supersedence, retirement)\\r\\n

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation By Implementing Effective Strategies And Optimizing Service Delivery Through Sccm/Sms And Intune To Meet Tower-Level Financial Targets.

Ensure Timely Closure Of Escalations And Crisis Management By Adhering To Established Sla Norms, Utilizing Client Lifecycle Management Tools To Track And Resolve Issues Efficiently.

3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Compliance With The Service Level Agreement (Sla) And Statement Of Work (Sow) Using Directory Services For Accurate Data Management.

4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Current Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Quality And Responsiveness, Leveraging Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite Capabilities.

5. Lead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying And Executing Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives That Enhance Operational Efficiency And Service Delivery.
