About the Role
- We are looking for an accomplished Sales Director with 20+ years of experience in SaaS, EdTech or B2B technology sales to lead corporate sales and business development initiatives across India.
- The role requires a proven sales leader with a robust track record of building enterprise relationships, driving large-value B2B deals, developing high-performing sales teams and delivering aggressive revenue growth across the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Pan-India corporate sales strategy, with ownership of revenue, pipeline, bookings and business growth.
- Drive enterprise and institutional sales across key corporate accounts, large organisations and strategic customers.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CHROs, L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, Business Heads and senior decision-makers.
- Identify new markets,



strategic accounts and high-value business opportunities across India.
- Develop and execute sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor and scale high-performing enterprise and corporate sales teams.
- Build strong sales pipelines through direct sales, strategic partnerships, referrals and key account development.
- Own complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations, proposals, contracts and closures.
- Develop strategic account plans and drive upselling, cross-selling and customer expansion.
- Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and leadership teams to strengthen market positioning and revenue performance.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, conversion metrics and market intelligence, providing regular business reviews to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of overall sales experience, with significant experience in SaaS, EdTech, B2B technology or related corporate solution
