About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting qualified leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, calls, online property portals, and other platforms.
- Contact leads through phone calls and WhatsApp and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, location, plot sizes, pricing, amenities, connectivity, and investment benefits.
- Share brochures, project layouts, videos, images, and other marketing materials with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, requirement, timeline, and investment interest.
- Generate and schedule site visits for qualified customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.




- Follow up regularly with prospects who have shown interest.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM/lead management system.
- Update daily calling, follow-up, and site-visit reports.
- Coordinate with customers before and after site visits.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for technical, legal, or documentation-related questions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the pre-sales process.
- Work toward achieving monthly lead qualification, site visit, and conversion targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Marathi and Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to explain property projects clearly and confidently.
