Role Description
The State Head role is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The State Head will oversee state-level business operations, including developing and executing growth strategies, managing key channel partners, and ensuring effective implementation of company policies. This role involves leading and mentoring regional teams, tracking sales performance,



and ensuring high-quality service delivery to partners and customers. The State Head will collaborate with senior leadership on market expansion plans, monitor competition and market trends, and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Regular field visits, stakeholder meetings, and performance reviews will be integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
