What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Australian SMSF processes
✅ Previous experience in team handling / team leadership
✅ Good understanding of SMSF accounting and compliance processes
✅ Ability to review work, identify errors, and maintain high-quality standards
✅ Solid communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and support team performance
✅ Passion for mentoring, guiding, and developing team members
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and manage the SMSF Process team effectively
- Review and monitor the quality of SMSF work
- Allocate work and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Guide team members on technical and process-related queries
- Monitor productivity and support continuous process improvement
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with Australian requirements
- Mentor team members and help build a strong, high-performing team
