As a Sales Executive at DigiLawyer, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, driving conversions, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups, effective lead nurturing, and maximum conversion of qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact current leads within 5–10 minutes of lead generation to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant DigiLawyer products/services clearly and effectively.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to assess customer needs, intent, budget, and purchase readiness.
- Qualify leads and categorize them as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their buying intent.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM, including customer requirements, vehicle number, stamp state, amount, interest level, and follow-up details.
- Take ownership of the sales process from lead qualification to conversion.




- Convert qualified leads into customers by effectively communicating product value and addressing customer queries.
- Follow up consistently with interested, unresponsive, and deferred leads through calls and WhatsApp Business.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations with Warm leads to move them towards closure.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate conversions.
- Share relevant information, pricing, and product/service details with customers as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales Closers/Team Leads for high-value or highly qualified opportunities whenever required.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales, calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in the CRM.
