Key Responsibilities
- Manage
RFQ processes
by sourcing quotations from vendors for dental equipment, materials, and consumables.
- Evaluate and compare quotations while verifying
technical specifications, quality, pricing, and clinic requirements
.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate
pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules
.
- Identify, assess, and
empanel dental laboratories across India
based on quality, pricing, capacity, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate
vendor and dental lab databases
, including rate cards and turnaround-time (TAT) SLAs.
- Prepare and issue
Purchase Orders (POs)
and monitor orders through to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve
shortages, damages, quality concerns,
and delivery delays
.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, including
RFQs, quotations, POs, GRNs, invoices, and vendor records
.
- Support the preparation of
monthly MIS reports
covering procurement spend, cost savings, pending orders, and vendor performance.

- Good
communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
- Willingness to learn procurement and vendor management
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
