Job Summary

Responsible for generating sales leads through outbound and inbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, promoting company products/services, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and solutions to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Conduct lead generation through telephone, online databases, references, and marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly lead and sales targets.
- Maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer and lead information in CRM/ERP systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the sales team.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain the company's brand image.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending customer requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM/ERP, and email communication.
