About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Demand Generation Executive
to support our business development initiatives across the
ANZ and European markets
.

This is a B2B outbound demand generation role focused on identifying target accounts, engaging relevant decision-makers, understanding potential business needs, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality meetings for Neilsoft's regional Sales and Business Development teams.





The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
international B2B prospecting, inside sales, demand generation or appointment setting
, preferably for engineering, technology, IT or professional services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B prospecting through
cold calls, warm calls and structured follow-ups
across assigned ANZ and European accounts.
- Research target companies, industries and key decision-makers using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce CRM
and other business intelligence/prospecting platforms.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across
Engineering, Design, BIM/Digital Engineering, Technology, Operations and Procurement
functions.
- Conduct meaningful business conversations to understand prospects' current priorities, challenges and potential requirements.
- Qualify prospects and opportunities based on Neilsoft's
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), service fit, business need and engagement pote
