Role- Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Analytics Analyst with strong expertise in Travel & Expense (T&E;) reporting, Concur analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed spend reports, analyzing expense trends, identifying anomalies, and providing actionable insights to Finance and T&E; leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Travel & Expense (T&E;) spend reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Analyze spend patterns, trends, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Perform detailed analysis of expense categories, including DNA spend.
- Extract, validate, and analyze backend data from Concur and related systems.
- Investigate unusual transactions, anomalies, and spending trends.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and improved spend visibility.
- Monitor aged transactions, unsubmitted expense reports, and other T&E; KPIs.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations,



and business insights.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for Finance and T&E; leadership.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Required 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting, business analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Concur reporting and Travel & Expense analytics.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities.
