Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware networking, including CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Offer assistance with software troubleshooting, application software support, and system support.
- Ensure seamless network operations by performing regular checks on LAN/WAN connectivity and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT-related problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, tickets, and resolutions for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in IT Assistance or related field.
- Diploma/B.Sc degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent qualification.
- Robust knowledge of hardware networking fundamentals, including CCTV installation and configuration.
- Proficiency in application software support, server support, network troubleshooting, and hardware support.
