Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Digital Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. This position is integral to our team, fostering collaboration and innovation while providing ample opportunities for qualified growth. As a key contributor, you will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals.
- Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and online advertising platforms.

schedule and publish approved content across Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube and respond to basic enquiries within approved parameters.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and approved social media platforms.
- Draft and edit website content, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing material in accordance with Greenhill Institute's policies and approval requirements.
- Coordinate website updates and apply SEO and SEM practices.
- Support approved student-recruitment activities including expos, fairs, open days, tours, webinars, information sessions and partner events.
- Liaise with education agents for approved student-recruitment support activities, without authority to appoint agents or bind Greenhill Institute.
- Work with Greenhill Institute's academic, compliance and operational teams to ensure marketing content is accurate and compliant.
