About This Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consultant to support a Canada-based engagement on a remote, 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. This is a client-facing role:



beyond strong technical delivery, you will own day-to-day client communication and run daily cadence (stand-up) meetings – coordinating effectively across time zones – keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed. You will translate business requirements into robust, upgrade-secure technical solutions and serve as a trusted technical point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, and related modules) to meet client requirements.
- Design and build solutions on Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Develop extensions using C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web API/OData, and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
