The Role

We’re looking for a
Junior Brand Strategist
who is curious, culturally plugged-in, and obsessed with understanding
*why people care*
. You’ll work closely with the Brand, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to shape how Fraganote shows up across campaigns, launches, social, and brand experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing
brand and campaign strategies
across launches, always-on communication, and key brand moments.
- Research
consumer behaviour, cultural trends, competitors, and category movements
to identify opportunities for the brand.
- Translate insights into
clear creative briefs, campaign territories, and communication ideas
.
- Help build and maintain Fraganote’s
brand voice, narratives, and positioning
.




- Collaborate with creative, content, social, influencer, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Track what’s happening across
fragrance, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture
and identify relevant trends for Fraganote.
- Analyse campaign performance and consumer responses to understand
what worked, what didn’t, and why
.
- Support brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that are
fresh, culturally relevant, and distinctly Fraganote
.
- Assist in developing
brand presentations, strategy decks, creative briefs, and campaign documentation
.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in
brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, advertising, or a related role
.
- Strong understanding of
consumer behaviour and cultural trends
.
- Someone who can move seamlessly between
data, insights, and ideas
.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
