Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and strengthen existing customer relationships in the Tiruppur market. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to develop business through field visits and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent customer leads.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Promote company products/services and explain their benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Understand market requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect customer and market feedback.
- Maintain daily activity, lead, and sales reports.




- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or field sales.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a good sales aptitude may also be considered.
