Oberon Overseas is looking for an experienced Visa Officer & Process Executive to join our Trivandrum Branch urgently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student visa processing and applications.
- Manage visa applications for UK, Sweden, and other European countries.
- Check and verify visa documentation according to country requirements.
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up with universities, visa centres, and relevant authorities.
- Handle visa filing, documentation, financial documents, and application forms.
- Monitor application status and provide timely updates to students.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with students to resolve them.
- Stay updated on changing visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the counselling and admission teams.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned applications.

Requirements
- Prior experience in student visa processing is mandatory.




- Experience handling UK, Sweden, and European student visas preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple student applications efficiently.
- Experience in an overseas education consultancy will be an advantage.
