Client Experience Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Client Experience Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The role ensures smooth onboarding, timely support, and longterm relationship building within the Zoho ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Engage proactively to understand client needs and feedback.

Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalations.

Coordinate client onboarding for Zoho products and services.

Collaborate with implementation teams for seamless delivery.

Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.

Handle client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid interpersonal skills with a clientfirst mindset.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in SaaS or technology companies.

Familiarity with Zoho One ecosystem.
