We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support frontline hiring for the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for frontline BFSI roles
- Manage high-volume recruitment requirements
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements
Ideal Profile:
- Prior experience in BFSI recruitment / frontline hiring
- Strong sourcing network and candidate connect
- Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Relationship Manager, Branch Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling, Collection, etc.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines
- Freelance recruiters with an existing BFSI candidate database/network are preferred
Location: Pan India / Remote [preferably Mumbai]
Engagement: Freelance / Contract
Compensation: Performance-based / per successful closure
