We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer who can translate ideas, briefs, and brand objectives into engaging visual communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong command over design fundamentals, excellent visual sense, and hands-on experience creating social media creatives, campaigns, carousels, motion-led communication, and other digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual communication for digital and social media platforms.
- Design static creatives, carousels, campaign assets, banners, presentations, and other digital collaterals.
- Work closely with the content, account management, and video teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all communication.
- Adapt creative concepts across different platforms, formats, and dimensions.
- Explore new visual styles, design trends,



and formats to keep communication fresh and engaging.
- Incorporate client feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality.
- Manage multiple creative assignments and deliver projects within defined timelines.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/digital design, preferably in an advertising or digital agency.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media creatives and digital campaign assets.
- Good understanding of current digital and social media design trends.
