Position Title: Application Support Engineer

Work Arrangement: Remote - India

About The Role
Looking for suitable & skilled Application Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support across organization's Global’s applications, ERP, CRM and web facing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in line with organization's Global Service Levels,



and in partnership with Application Vendors.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.
- Investigate and manage to resolution Incidents affecting Functionality, Availability, and Performance.
- Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
- Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
- Systems include:
- Custom Power Apps.
- Custom .Net IIS SQL applications with multiple integrations.
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Precision Forms.
- Dynamics 365 Sales, and HubSpot and Resco.
- Prophix (Financial Reporting).
- Provide 2nd Level technical and functional support for all ERP and CRM system users.
- Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and provide training to end users.
- Evaluate inefficiencies in system functions
