Role Description:
The Assistant Professor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sikar, Rajasthan, focused on delivering high-quality teaching, academic guidance, and student mentoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions; preparing course materials and academic resources; evaluating student performance through assignments, practicals,



and examinations; and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves mentoring students, providing academic guidance, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting student projects and practical learning. The Assistant Professor is expected to participate in research and scholarly activities, including publications and conferences where applicable, as well as departmental meetings, institutional committees, academic events, and other responsibilities assigned by the institute.
