JOB SUMMARY:

The Relationship Manager Agency Channel is responsible for driving life insurance sales through the recruitment, development, and management of insurance advisors. The role involves identifying potential advisors, providing product and sales training, motivating them to achieve business targets, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The incumbent will work closely with advisors to generate quality business, expand market reach, and contribute to the overall growth of the Agency Channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential Insurance Advisors as per the company's recruitment strategy.
- Generate business through advisor-led sales while ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits with advisors to support customer acquisition, lead generation, and policy closures.
- Identify new business opportunities through personal networking, referrals, local market activities, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with advisors to improve productivity,



retention, and business performance.
- Organize and conduct regular product training, sales coaching, and skill development sessions for advisors.
- Ensure advisors possess complete knowledge of life insurance products, company policies, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Support advisors during customer meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor advisor performance using MIS reports and provide continuous feedback to improve productivity.
- Prepare and execute business development plans to increase market penetration and achieve branch objectives.
- Ensure quality business by maintaining high policy persistency, minimizing cancellations, and reducing claim-related issues.
