Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily activities, coordinate employees, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day work, assigning tasks, monitoring employee performance, maintaining discipline, coordinating with management, and ensuring that company standards and targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage a team,



and a proactive approach to solving day-to-day operational issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of employees.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on workload and priorities.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Motivate team members and maintain a positive and productive work workplace.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to employees to improve performance.

Daily Operations
- Monitor daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Ensure assigned tasks and targets are achieved within the required deadlines.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
