Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DocuSign Administrator to own the administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our DocuSign eSignature and CLM workplace. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for all electronic signature and agreement workflows across the enterprise, partnering closely with business, legal, sales, and IT stakeholders. A central focus of the role is the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the integration between DocuSign and Salesforce CRM to deliver a seamless, automated agreement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Configuration
- Design, build, and optimize templates, PowerForms, envelopes, signing workflows, routing rules, and conditional/field logic to support diverse business use cases.
- Manage the full agreement lifecycle across eSignature and, where applicable, DocuSign CLM, ensuring consistency, reusability, and compliance.

Salesforce CRM Integration




- Own the end-to-end integration between DocuSign (DocuSign for Salesforce / DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, formerly DocuSign Gen and CLM connectors) and Salesforce CRM.
- Configure DocuSign objects, buttons, and automated agreement processes within Salesforce so that quotes, contracts, and agreements can be generated, sent, signed, and tracked directly from Salesforce records.
- Map Salesforce data fields to DocuSign templates and tags, and write-back signed document status, completion data, and metadata to the appropriate Salesforce objects (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Contracts, custom objects).
- Manage connected apps, API integration keys, OAuth authentication, and connection settings; monitor integration jobs and resolve sync or delivery failures.
- Test and validate integration changes across sandbox and production, coordinating releases with the Salesforce change-management process.
