Job description

Position Summary

The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the Hitachi Digital Human Resources technology ecosystem by maintaining HR systems, ensuring data integrity, managing system integrations, and optimizing business processes. This global role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Shared Services, Information Technology, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure HR technology solutions operate efficiently and support business objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience administering cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday, Workday Studio, and related HR applications, with a solid understanding of HR data, reporting, integrations, and process improvement.
