Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Python and SQL programs for our cloud-based data analytics platform.
- Investigate data issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement timely resolutions.
- Document workflows, triage steps, and resolution plans to ensure platform reliability.
- Support data quality, lineage, and pipeline monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data flows and support business requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid foundation in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Experience building reliable data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data APIs.
- Experience or understanding of data marts such as Customer360.
- Knowledge of data quality, data lineage, and pipeline monitoring.
- Strong capability in data issue investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ability to document workflows, triage steps, and resolution plans.
- Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Scientists.
