Key Responsibilities

Teach Biology to Classes XI-XII as per CBSE curriculum.

Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, practicals , and classroom activities.

Conduct Biology laboratory experiments and ensure proper lab safety.

Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and study material.

Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.

Identify students learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.

Guide students for board examinations and competitive examinations such as NEET.

Maintain student academic records and assessment reports.

Participate in PTMs, school events,



workshops, and other academic activities.

Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding students’ academic progress.

Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in Biology.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to explain complex biological concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Good practical/laboratory knowledge.

Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.

Student-focused and cutting-edge teaching approach.

Preferred Candidate

Prior experience teaching Biology at the senior secondary level.

CBSE school experience will be preferred.

Candidates preparing students for NEET will have an added advantage.
