Job Description: Sales Manager (Exhibitions & Events)

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve exhibition and event revenue targets.

· Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry contacts.

· Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, corporate clients, and business partners.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and closure.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable exhibition/event solutions.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

· Negotiate pricing, packages,



sponsorships, and commercial terms within company guidelines.

· Conduct regular client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups.

· Work closely with the Lead Generation, Marketing, Operations, and Design teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

· Participate in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities to develop new contacts.

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.

· Ensure timely achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, exhibitions, events, media, advertising, or related industries.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
