We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Category Specialist (Education) For Gurgaon Location to drive sales of technology solutions within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience selling EdTech or education-focused technology solutions and possess strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and academic institutions.
This role requires consultative selling, solution positioning, and the ability to engage senior academic stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by selling education technology solutions to schools and academic institutions.
Must have prior experience in the EdTech industry, with exposure to one or more of the following solutions:
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Classroom Hardware & Smart Classroom / Digital Classroom Solutions
Gamification & Cooperative Learning Tools
School ERP / Administration & Management Systems
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Engage with key stakeholders including:
o Chief Academic Officers (CAO)




o School Principals & Administrators
o Directors of Teaching & Learning
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution workshops.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of deals.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging EdTech needs.
Maintain CRM and accurate sales forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of B2B sales experience in Education/EdTech.
Proven track record of selling:
o LMS platforms
o Smart classroom technologies
o Education ERP systems
o Gamified or collaborative learning solutions
Existing network with school decision-makers (CAOs, Principals, Academic Directors).
Strong consultative selling and solution-mapping skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and institutional buying processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
