Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Growth Executive to support our business development activities in the EdTech sector. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, generating business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and building strong qualified relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Generate new business leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about relevant EdTech services.
- Support the sales process from initial enquiry through conversion.
- Work towards monthly business and sales goals.
- Maintain records of client interactions,



enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to support customer requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about relevant industry trends.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
