What You’ll Do

Shoot and edit video content for enterprise product demos, sales and marketing collateral, YouTube, Instagram/Reels, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

1. Turn raw product demos, screen recordings, and AR/VR captures into polished, compelling videos that explain complex spatial computing concepts simply.
2. Use the latest AI-powered editing, generation, and enhancement tools (e.g., AI video generators, auto-editing, voice cloning/dubbing, upscaling, motion graphics assistants) to speed up production without compromising quality.
3. Own the full pipeline: shooting, capturing screen/AR/VR footage, editing, color grading, sound design, subtitles, and final export for multiple formats and aspect ratios.

1. Work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to translate ideas and rough briefs into finished videos quickly — this role requires speed and a high output cadence.

4. Repurpose long-form content (demos, talks, webinars) into short-form social clips.

Stay current with editing trends, platform-specific best practices (YouTube vs. Reels vs. LinkedIn), and emerging AI video tools.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience shooting and editing video, with a strong portfolio/reel showcasing range (product demos, social content, brand videos, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI video/editing tools, not just traditional NLEs — comfortable adopting new AI tools quickly as they emerge.
- Prior experience creating content around AR/VR, spatial computing, gaming, or similarly technical/immersive products is required.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual polish for both long-form (demos, YouTube) and short-form (Reels/Shorts) content.
- Ability to work fast and independently, managing multiple video requests/deadlines at once without sacrificing quality.
- Basic shooting skills (camera settings, lighting, framing, audio capture) for in-office/on-
