Role Description
The Environmental Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for overseeing environmental performance and compliance within the distillery operations. This role involves monitoring environmental parameters, managing waste and resource usage, and ensuring that all activities comply with local, national, and industry-specific environmental regulations. The Environmental Manager will develop and implement environmental policies, conduct environmental impact assessments,



and prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating audits, training staff on Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices, identifying environmental risks, and recommending improvements to reduce environmental footprint. The individual will collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to integrate sustainable practices into operational processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and have experience managing environmental issues within industrial or manufacturing settings.
