About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per agreed requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to address client needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.
- Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.




- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify potential issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings, review calls, and business discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and account information in the CRM.
- Prepare account reports, client updates, and performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.
- Support contract renewals and commercial discussions where required.
- Track client deliverables, deadlines, and pending action items.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services and communicate their value effectively.
- Collect and share client feedback with relevant internal teams to improve products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
