The
Sales & Relationship Executive
is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their wedding and gifting requirements, and presenting customised Pataaree solutions that align with their vision and budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and client interactions.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations.
- Understand client requirements, vision, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and share customised proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal Design and Production teams for smooth execution.
- Support studio operations during client visits and events.
- Maintain sales records and report on performance.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and build trust.
- 6 months–1.5 years of experience in sales, business development,



customer service, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in weddings, events, lifestyle, luxury gifting, or design-related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, follow up systematically, and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable with on-site consultations, presentations, and handling walk-in clients.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for proposals, documentation, and sales records.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
- Interest in weddings, traditions, and aesthetics.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; business, marketing, hospitality, or design-related education is a plus.
