Job Summary :

Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Executive/Manager to support our US Staffing operations. The

ideal candidate will handle contract management, compliance, documentation, and legal coordination related to US

staffing and consulting engagements, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and client-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and manage US staffing contracts including MSA, SOW, NDA, Non-compete, and Offer Letters

• Ensure compliance with US federal and state employment laws related to staffing and consulting

• Hands-on experience with Tier1Prime Vendor, MSPVMS, State clients. Client Documentation and onboarding of

a new employee.

• Scheduling the drug test of new employees, BGV, Onboarding paperwork.

• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and consultants (W2, C2C, 1099)





• Maintain and manage legal documentation, agreements, and compliance records

• Support audits, client compliance requirements, and vendor due diligence

• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Accounts) on legal and compliance matters

• Handle legal notices, amendments, renewals, and contract closures

• Stay updated on changes in US labor laws, staffing regulations, and compliance standards

• Liaise with external legal advisors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent

• 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Executive, preferably in US Staffing / IT Consulting

• Strong knowledge of US staffing contracts and compliance

• Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, IRS compliance basics

• High attention to detail and robust documentation skills
