Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing and fabrication work at workshop and project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, vendors, and contractors.
- Inspect finishing quality including carpentry, paint, laminate, acrylic, metal, flooring, and graphics.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, defects, and site-level discrepancies.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, material usage, and rework.
- Conduct final quality checks and close snag points before handover.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Project teams.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.




- 3–7 years of relevant experience in event & exhibition fabrication, interiors, or fit-outs.
- Valuable knowledge of fabrication materials and finishing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Strong site, vendor, and contractor coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
