Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – US Staffing who can drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our footprint in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Tier 1 clients and Prime Vendors, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow current business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients and Prime Vendors.
- Identify client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil staffing needs.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and quality service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, client needs,



and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in US staffing business development.
- Strong existing connections with Tier 1 clients and Prime Vendors.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT and Non-IT staffing requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
